**PRICES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON COMPLEXITY OF DESIGN AND MATERIALS REQUIRED; “Ready-To-Ship” SETS ARE SOLD AS LISTED (no design changes accepted).**

We require a 50%, non-refundable deposit on all custom orders, an invoice will be sent.

Custom orders may take up to 7 days to design +additional time for shipping.

Orders needed before the above stated 7 day time frame will be subject to a rush fee.

Orders are not our responsibility once shipped; however if you have questions about order whereabouts, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Please allow ≈48 hrs. for final product clearance of Ready-To-Ship orders + shipping time.

Cancellations accepted within 12 hrs. of purchase.

No return/exchanges.

What am I receiving with my order?

• Our "Ready-To-Go" set includes 20-24 (2 of every size) of our hand-designed, durable gel press-ons. This guarantees you'll have the appropriate size range for each finger!
• A "Custom" set includes 10-12 of our hand-designed, durable gel press-on nails that are personally sized for each of your nails.

Who makes these?

• All of our nails are designed by us. We take pride in being able to provide you with choices to fit all of our customers’ needs. That being said, unless the product states that it is "ready-to-go" please allow up to a week for customization.

How do I order?

• Scroll through our ready-to-go design options for a set that fits your style! Don't see something you like?? Add a custom set to your cart and let's start designing your own personal set today!

Can I replace a lost nail?

• Of course! Just reach out to us via email or chat box! 

What if my package was marked “delivered” but I haven’t received it?

• Once USPS has acquired your package, PolishedPout Kosmetics relinquishes any & all responsibility for lost or stolen packages. 

** PLEASE ENSURE DESIGN &  SIZES ARE CORRECT BEFORE PROCESS HAS STARTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE  ISSUED FOR INCORRECT SIZING DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR **
